How do I begin?
You can begin by calling us or completing one of our request forms. We will reach out to discuss your details and guide the next step.
How about urgent childcare?
We support urgent childcare requests when possible. Because these requests require quick coordination, urgent care may include an additional charge and availability can vary.
What is the minimum care duration I can request?
The minimum care request duration for nanny or provider care is 2 hours.
What is the benefit of family registration?
Registered families may access backup care for up to 21 days when regular childcare falls through or urgent care is needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept common payment methods such as cash payment apps, PayPal, and checks. Long-term placement fees are payable within 7 days of an offer being made.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on timing and request type. If a confirmed nanny does not show up, you can request another caregiver or a refund.
Can I request a replacement?
If you are not comfortable with the nanny sent to you, we can send a replacement for up to 4 times free.
